Never Not Eating 7 Spice Pistachios

The Stuff:

  • 680 gr shelled pistachios
  • 3 tablespoons Never Not Eating 7 Spice
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3-4 tablespoons vegetable oil


The Method:

  1. Line a large, sided baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
  2. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and toss to thoroughly coat the pistachios.
  3. Spread the pistachios in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
