Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped or is ready for pickup.
Delays may occur with Canada Post or other delivery methods once your order has shipped, these delays are out of our control.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $5 flat rate shipping to addresses within 20 kms of M4V, and $15 within a 50 km radius.
Local Pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 380 Macpherson Ave., Toronto. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are Monday-Thursday, 10AM-8PM. Please have your order digital confirmation email with you when you come.
International Shipping
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. If your country is not listed in our delivery options please email us for more information.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Never Not Eating is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
